Trouble running your Study Guide on CD?

 

As computer operating systems change and are updated, some customers may experience an error message when they attempt to run their study guide.  If this should occur, right-click on the study guide Icon, select properties from the drop-down menu.  Click on the "Compatibility" tab and select run the program in Windows 95.  Click "apply" and/or "ok".  After that, the program will work every time attempt to open it.

Of course, you may contact us anytime you have problems.  The software the study guide is developed on is from a third party and they make every attempt to keep current updates available to us.  On rare occasion however, we may not have a current update but please be sure we will continue to stay updated as soon as they are available.
